We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products. Products must be in unused, original condition to qualify for a return. Custom orders and final sale items are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact us at ozarksoutdoorliving@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt.  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

Our Amish-built outdoor furniture is crafted with quality and durability in mind. We offer a limited warranty on all products for manufacturing defects.
